Having been born as an innocent musical improvisation for just friends and ecquaintances, the Shinelovers duet has become the brightest discovery of the Ukrainian club stage in 2008. A new creative unit has been originated as a result of union of the talant, charisma and incredible energy of the two young fellows - DJ Base-T and Alive Stone. The name of the group is originated from the two English words “Shine” and “lover”. This name implies the band’s independence, inspiration, flight of mind, the absence of commercial stereotypes; it is a creative self-realization of its participants and the expression of their experienced emotions and feelings without any artificiality and insincerity. All this is Shinelovers’ music, which is designed for the good of the genuine qualitative trance-music fans. Shinelovers is a creative tandem of a composer, arranger and musician Aleksandr Yemelin, who is known better as Alive Stone and the Yoriсk Serkez aka DJ Base-T. From their youth up each of them has been enjoying music in his own way. Aleksandr was fond of experimenting with the guitar sounds and Yorick was collecting tapes with electronic music, which he was even trying to combine back then and create DJ sets. Fate brought them together in 2006, when after the long discussions a new decision was made to create a joint radio-show devoted to the trance-culture. The reason for that was the coincidence of their music preferences with the lovely melodies and harmony dominating, accompanied by the direct beat which characterises trance-music style that is so appreciated by the millions of fans. Not long before the start of their joint creative work the first two Alive Stone’s successful singles were released by the Tranceport Recordings Lable. Right after the first release the world could see couple of more Aleksandr’s works at the Abstraction Recordings Lable, which were sold in the most popular internet shops of electronic music, and that fact has become a further guidline to the European Record Companies: Emotive Sounds (Emotive Vibes) – Italy, Bonzai Music (Camouflage) – Belgium, Proxoz- Australia, Abora Recordings - Great Britain, Oryx Music – Italy. While Alive Stone was working on the singles and remixes in the studio, Base-T had a great success being on tour within the country gathering around a lot of clubbers and admirers of trance-music culture. A great deal of performances at the parties in different cities of Ukraine and taking part in the European radio-shows with guest mixes and promo-compilations brought the popularity to this DJ not only in our native country. Whithout stopping on what has been achieved, the guys developed a joint project “Shinelovers ” and there is no doubt that it has a successful future as the Shinelovers know how to impress and charm the audience with their music, let them enter the world of fantasy, the atmosphere of melody and rhythm in their souls. The Shinelovers has never worked just for the sake of becoming successful, they just made music for us, created something new, something soft and amazingly beautiful. Let them stay the same forever!
